Every training and diet program I create is tailored to YOUR body and goals because I don't believe there is a "one size fits all" diet and training program.
In my own experience, the best type of training is personalized and the best diet is customized. This is why ALL of my clients see incredible progress and results.
PERSONALIZED DIET & SUPPPLEMENTS PLAN We will create a diet plan based on the foods you enjoy eating, with no restrictions. I will provide you with a meal plan with a variety of meal options.
Our clients love this because it has guidance on what to eat, but is flexible- so you will never get bored, and there is no calorie counting or macro counting so you do not have to spend your time crunching numbers.
As well as providing recommendations for supplements, I also work with you to fit supplements into your budget.
CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS You will receive a completely customized workout program via the Yababeth Fit App based on your fitness level, current shape, and goals.
You can work out at home, at the gym, or a combination of both. There will be 'How-to' video tutorials for every exercise in a home and/or gym setting.
CHECK-INS Each client is required to check in with me via email during the 12 week period to make sure their progress is on track.
By doing this, I can not only monitor clients' progress but also help them gain an understanding of self-accountability, a necessary tool to maintain the progress they have made after the 12-week program has ended.
Check-ins are complimentary and 100% optional, as clients can choose not to participate.
